This is a free personalized web-based physical activity and nutrition program for people with mobility limitations, chronic health conditions, and physical disabilities. The goal of the program is to help all individuals get moving and make healthy nutrition choices. Individuals can sign up for free and have personalized weekly exercise and nutrition tips available to them including recipes, motivational resources, tools to help track activity and nutrition, and opportunities to connect with others. The program can also be used by organizations wishing to conduct it within their organization or community for a group of individuals.
