The Community Health Inclusion Index (CHII) is a set of tools that communities can use to assess how inclusive the physical activity and healthy eating resources in their community are to people with disabilities. The CHII includes assessments for systems and the community-at-large like schools, health care settings, work sites, and other community institutions; and venues like recreation facilities, pools, playgrounds, cafeterias, community gardens, and farmer's markets.
